deposits

a $200 refundable deposit is required to book your reservation, to cover normal cleaning and any damages or missing items; to be returned within 3-5 business days of your departure. large groups of 12 or more require a $300 refundable deposit.

cleaning that exceeds "normal & reasonable" limits is subject to a $100/hour fee for every hour needed to clean & restore house/grounds for use.
